Six steps. No surprises in any of them.

ConicPro is a two-person senior studio. We’re based in Serbia and work Eastern business hours. We’ve been building for the web since 2006, with 10+ years of hands-on WordPress work.

You talk directly to the people who build your site. No account managers, no outsourcing.

  1. Free website audit

    A written report on your current site, by email within 2 business days. Prefer to talk? Book a 20-minute call instead. No cost, no obligation.

  2. Fixed quote in writing

    The price, and the exact list of what’s included. A simple agreement. 50% to start.

  3. Content and design

    We send a short checklist for text, photos and logins. We design your homepage first. Nothing else gets built until you approve it.

  4. Build and review

    You see the site on a private preview link. Revision rounds are included: 2 with Starter, 3 with Business.

  5. Launch

    The rest is due before launch. We go live, hand over every login and send a recorded walkthrough. Domain, hosting, site and content are all in your name.

  6. 30 days of free fixes

    If something we built doesn’t work as agreed after launch, we fix it free. After that, a Care Plan is optional.

Straight talk: the very cheapest rented plans cost less in cash over three years than Starter plus a Care Plan. From about the middle of the advertised range up, owning costs less.

The bigger difference is what you have at the end. You own the site, and the monthly fee is one you can stop without losing it.

A fair warning

Who we’re not for

We’d rather lose the job now than disappoint you later. We’re probably the wrong choice if:

  • You want someone to run monthly SEO, Google or Facebook ads, or your social media. We don’t. We build the site so it’s ready for them.
  • You want a guaranteed top spot on Google. Nobody can honestly promise that, so we don’t.
  • You need a logo, branding or custom software.
  • You want a no-money-down website rented by the month. We build sites you pay for once and own.
  • You want to sit across a desk from your web people. We’re based in Serbia and work by email and scheduled calls, online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday.
  • You need a full website live in a few days. Starter takes 2–3 weeks once we have your content.
  • Price is the only thing that matters. A DIY builder costs less up front, and that’s a fair choice.

Where are you based?

In Serbia, on Central European Time. We keep Eastern business hours: online 9am–5pm Eastern, Monday–Friday, with a reply within 1 business day.

Quotes and invoices are in USD. Day to day it works like hiring a studio in another state.

Why are there no names or team photos? What if I want to talk to a person?

This first version of our site doesn’t show them yet. Names and faces are coming. Until then, you don’t have to take us on faith: prices are published, the demos are live, and the audit is free before any money changes hands.

And yes, you can talk to a person. Book a 20-minute call and you’ll meet one of the two people who would build your site, by name. We can walk you through past work and share references on that call.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, hosting, site and content are all in your name, and at launch we hand over every login. It’s built on WordPress, so you can edit it yourself, and any developer or host can take it over if you ever want to move on.

What if you two disappear or stop answering?

Your site keeps running without us. The domain and hosting are in your name from day one, you get every login at launch, and it’s WordPress, so any developer can pick it up. That is the reason we build it this way.

What do I pay, and when?

You get a fixed quote in writing with the exact list of what’s included. You pay 50% to start and the rest before launch, by bank transfer, invoiced in USD. Domain and hosting are separate and bought in your own name.

Want something outside the quote? We price it first and you agree before we touch it. An extra page is $150.

How long does it take?

Starter takes 2–3 weeks. Business takes 4–6 weeks. A landing page takes about 1 week.

The clock starts when we have your content: text, photos and logins. We send a short checklist so that part doesn’t drag.

I already have a site on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy. Can you move it?

Yes, and the move is included in the package price. We bring your content over to WordPress and keep your domain and email working.

Every old page address forwards to the new one, so old links and Google results still land in the right place. We check Google Search Console (Google’s free tool for site owners) before and after launch, and update the website link on your Google Business Profile.

Do you do SEO or run ads?

We do the setup, not the monthly work. Every site includes the SEO basics: page titles, descriptions, headings, a sitemap and Google Search Console. Local SEO setup is $400 one time, and it’s included in the Business package.

We also build landing pages for your ad campaigns. We don’t run monthly SEO campaigns, manage ads or handle social media.

What happens after launch?

You get 30 days of free fixes and a recorded walkthrough showing how to edit your own site. After that you choose: look after it yourself, or take a Care Plan from $69/month for updates, backups, monitoring and restores.

Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Change or cancel with 30 days’ notice. Either way, the site is yours.
